urcustomscriptbymakingchangesto
thedefaultscriptandsavingittoanewlocation.
InWindowsguests,thedefaultscriptsarelocatedintheProgram
Files\VMware\VMware Toolsfolder.
OnLinux,Solaris, andFreeBSD,thedefaultscriptsarelocatedinthe
/etc/vmware-toolsdirectory.
2Modifythedefaultscriptandsaveitwithad
ifferentnameorwriteadifferent
script.
OnWindowsguests,ifyouwriteanewscript,createthescriptasabatchfile.
For Linux,Solaris,andFreeBSD,createthescriptinanyexecutableformat(suchas
shellorPerlscripts).
YoucanalsousetheEditbuttonontheSc
