The IOPS serviced by the individual drives in the pool were extremely low because

almost all I/O requests were serviced either by FAST Cache or EFD replicas.

Pool LUN load

The following graph shows the LUN IOPS and response time from the Pool1_3 data

store. Because the statistics from all the pools were similar, only a single pool is

reported for clarity and readability of the graph.

During peak load, the LUN response time remained within 6 ms and the data store

serviced over 300 IOPS. The majority of the read I/O was served by the replica

LUNs and not by the pool LUN.
