Customer Configuration Worksheet

Before configuring the solution, you need to gather some customer-specific

configuration information such as IP addresses, hostnames, and so on. Table 20 to

Table 25 provide a worksheet that you can use to record the information. You can

also print and use the worksheet as a customer “leave behind” document for future

reference.

A standalone copy of the worksheet is attached to this document in Microsoft Office

Word format. To view and print the worksheet:

1. In Adobe Reader, open the Attachments panel, as follows:

 Select View > Show/Hide > Navigation Panes > Attachments.

 Click the Attachments icon as shown in Figure 17.

2. Under Attachments, double-click the attached file to open and print the

worksheet.
